What is the best thing to do after someone has injected a high amount of Crystal Meth and fear they overdosed?

Rather than fool around, you should take that person to the ER.

You should call 911. This is a medical emergency and not something you can confront without medical training.

Take them to the ER see if they can administer narcan.

as a meth monster i can answer this easily nothing if you “o.d.” on crystal meth its called over amping it will put you to sleep when you wake up your going to be wired for 220 bouncing off the walls it takes more than you think to do this at one piont i was shooting a gram at a time and i have yet to over amp i will eventually cause amphetamine pyschosis hearing voices seeing the shadow people things like this

well, i knew a 14 year old who died because her friends were too scared to call 911 and figured they’d let her “sleep it off”. if the person has chest pains or seizures, or passes out dramatically, call 911! also, you never know how one drug will react to another. be very careful when mixing drugs, especially meth with ecstasy or GHB. its one thing to take too much meth and fall asleep, but it’s a whole different story if you’ve got a cocktail in your system and you pass out.

that said, drinking water is my go-to for drug overdose scares. it helps, but i don’t know if there’s a physical reason or if it’s all in my head. also walking helps too, gets things moving through the bloodstream.

listen, trust your intuition. it’s really easy to die.

if your not a qualified person you shouldn’t be injecting anybody with
anything. you need to go to the emergency room.
