If the father of my unborn child is a drug addict.are there options to have him put in rehab?

The father of my unborn child is a meth drug addict. I want to know if legally I can speak to a judge and have him put into rehab without his consent. He says he will stop when she arrives and doesn’t need rehab. He has been on Meth for the last 3 years on a daily basis. We are not currently together…& don’t want him apart of our lives if he chooses to stay an addict.

If he won’t check in voluntarily, then have him arrested the next time he is using. I’m sure he’ll choose rehab over jail. He’ll forgive you when he’s clean.
