It is pretty much the definition of routine. as you apparently don't know, any sentences would be related to: - the weight or volume of the drugs - the intent to distribute or not - the prior record - the legal status of the gun - any other outstanding cases the individual is involved in - the negotiating skill of the defense attorney - local, state, and federal sentencing guidelines - any other mitigating factors not to mention the actual ability of the prosecution to get a guilty verdict out of the judicial system in the first place. what is interesting about this? It is pretty much the definition of routine.
