If you are a recovering METH addict, what keeps you clean and sober?

you should continue to go to a psychologist, a good one to get rid of your addiction. you cannot fight temptation alone.

sooner or later you will be using meth again if you dont find any help. and when you are true enough to stop, you can overcome it if you are also willing.

I’m going through the same thing, and it is really hard. I can tell you what has been helping me lately though, is accupuncture. I wish I could explain exactly what makes it work(specifically for meth addiction) but I can tell you it opens up every organ in your body and actally makes you feel like you used to before you started getting high. It’s really amazing, and the price is reasonable. I would recomend looking into it. I’m not saying it cured me or anything, but it does give me hope that staying sober isn’t impossible.
